The three-year Abu Dhabi Development Accelerator Programme, Ghadan 21 which kicked off at the start of 2019 announced a host of new initiatives under its programme which includes Dh4-billion fund for R&D, new industrial tariffs, new licenses for technology businesses, and easier accessibility of funds for the SMEs and Abu Dhabi Instant License scheme to increase the contribution of private sector in the emirate’s economic growth. Initiatives are to make UAE capital one of the best places in the world to do business, invest, live, work and visit.
Abu Dhabi instant license applications are streamlined through a digital portal and approvals are processed instantly online and licence holders in most sectors may begin conducting their business activities immediately. Abu Dhabi Instant Licence are vital private sector accelerators as they are focused on speed, flexibility, and simplicity – reducing operating costs, introducing new investment opportunities and establishing innovative licensing frameworks.
As per the Department of Economic Development in Abu Dhabi, we can get a commercial license without a Trade name registration process and we do not even require a Tenancy Contract to get the license. The complete process for the license will be completed within 4 minutes.
Instant license can be registered in Abu Dhabi Free Zones, Abu Dhabi Investment Areas and Emirate of Abu Dhabi (Main Land). Establishments, Sole Proprietorship L.L.C and Limited Liability Company (L.L.C) are types of companies in this license. Abu Dhabi Instant License is not possible for foreign company branches.
