Seamen Ratings Licence
The main service offered is the certification of commercial vessels, and the licence is for seamen (ratings) for the vessels operating in the Abu Dhabi waters.
Jet Ski Licensing
The service is offered to Jet Ski owners and operators, including UAE nationals and expatriates residing in the UAE, who want to use Jet Skis either for water sports purposes or for recreational fishing. The Jet Ski Licence is valid for one year and can be renewed for a similar period.
Slipway Booking
This service is offered to personal watercraft (such as boats and jet skis) owners and operators, including UAE nationals and expatriates residing in the UAE.
Engine Ratings Licence
The licence is provided for engine ratings for the vessels operating under the Abu Dhabi licence.
Marine Craft Licensing
Registration of pleasure boats used for non-commercial purposes, excluding public water transportation and tourist vessels.
Deck and Engine Officers Licence
The licence is provided to deck and engine officers for onboard vessels that operate in Abu Dhabi waters.
NOC for Technical Modification of Marine Crafts
The main services offered are vessel registration and amending the registration cards of pleasure boats that are used for non-commercial purposes.
Permit for Anchoring or Mooring
A permit is provided for anchoring in the designated anchorages for fishing vessels, marine units, pleasure boats, and other boats.
Exemption for Marine Craft Licensing
Offer service for the technical examination of pleasure boats that are less than 12 metres in length.

Commercial Diver Licence
The main service is to provide licence for marine operations and offers licences for commercial divers who operate in the waters of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
Commercial Diving Supervisor Licence
Service is provided for the renewal of a commercial diver's licence. Commercial divers should operate in the waters of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
New Marine Facility Licencing
The licences are offered to new marine facilities such as pontoons, jetties, marinas, etc., constructed in the Abu Dhabi waters.
Floating Platform Fuel Permit
The permit is offered for the provision of fuel through vessels designated as floating fuelling platforms in Abu Dhabi.
Public Water Transport and Tourist Vessels Licencing
The service is offered for the registration of public water transport vessels that operate in Abu Dhabi waters.
Marine Facility Supervisors Licensing
The licence is issued to establishments and companies that operate marine facilities.
Cruise Ship Passenger Fees
We offer service in the collection of fees from cruise ship passengers visiting Abu Dhabi on cruise ships through international seaports.
Public Water Transport Fees
Collection of fees associated with the transport of passengers by public water transport in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
No Objection Certificate for Removal or Installations
We issue certificates to remove and dispose of abandoned ships, derelicts, and marine units from Abu Dhabi waters.
Safe Manning Certificate
In accordance with local regulations, we issued a safe manning certificate to commercial vessels operating in Abu Dhabi waters.
Marina Berth Leasing Contract Attestation
We issue new, renewed, and modified Marina Berth Leasing Contracts and their attestation, and also offer cancellation services.
