QCC Product Registration Schemes
Product Registration in Abu Dhabi
Registration of their product(s) to the requirements of the appropriate QCC Product Registration Scheme. Product(s) which receive a certificate of registration are not licensed to use the QCC Trustmark in conjunction with the registered product(s). A Certificate of Registration cannot be re-issued and must be applied for as a new application of Product Registration once expired.
Initial Product certification & licensing for use of the Trustmark
The Initial Certification of their product(s) to the requirements of the appropriate QCC Product Certification Scheme. Product(s) which receive a certificate are licensed to use the QCC Trustmark in conjunction with the certified product(s). The company will be issued the Initial License for use of the Trustmark as part of the successful application.
Initial Product certification under an existing Trustmark License
For companies who have already been issued a Trustmark License that is valid at the time of application, this service allows the applicant to apply for the Certification of additional product(s) to the requirements of the appropriate QCC Product Certification Scheme.
Renewal of Product Certification
To apply for re-issuance of the previously issued Product Trustmark Certificate which is expired or shortly due for expiry. Modification or extension of the scope of product(s) included in the original certificate may be applied for at the same time as renewal. Product(s) which are deemed by the QCC to be outside of the extension/modification scope will be required to submit a new initial application for product certification. If the application coincides with the expiry of the companies Trustmark License, this will be reissued at the same time as Certification Renewal.
Renewal of Trustmark license
This allows the company currently holding a Trustmark license to apply for its renewal upon expiry. The Applicant company must hold a valid product certification at the time of renewal to qualify for reissuance of the license.
Extension to Trustmark Certification
This services allows to add new product(s) or product model(s) to an existing certificate scope during the validity period of the certificate. Depending on the type of modification, additional technical evaluation of the application may be required. The expiry date of the certificate will not change after extension of scope if granted.
Modification to Trustmark certification
This service allows modifying the product model(s) details of an existing certificate scope during the validity period of the certificate. Depending on the type of modification, additional technical evaluation of the application may be required. The expiry date of the certificate will not change after the extension of scope if granted.
