How to Get an Industrial License in Abu Dhabi
An industrial license or Manufacturing license is a type of business license in Abu Dhabi. Manufacturing companies and industrial companies are required to have an industrial license in Abu Dhabi, UAE for its operations. To get initial approval for Industrial license in Abu Dhabi, UAE is:
- A report, which includes details about the factory, such as the factory’s plans, the reason and the purpose of opening the factory, data about the production tools, production cost and capital as well as some information about ways to finance the factory. Other details could include data about employees and any other relevant information.
- The municipality’s consent to build the factory, if applicable.
- A location plan of the land where the factory is to be built, if applicable. The plan has to be approved by the government.
- Proof of financial backing for the project, such as a bank statement from one of the banks in the UAE.
- Your company’s founding contract.
- Proof that you have registered with the local Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
- Authorized persons Passport copy.
