ADNOC, Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development (ADDED), Abu Dhabi Ports and Aldar Properties have joined towards the implementation of a unified In Country Value Program (ICV), Rev. 3.0
Only ICV Rev.3.0 certificates Will be acceptable in ADNOC tenders with effect from June 7th,2020.
However, many Suppliers have recently expressed that considering the current pandemic situation, delays are expected in the issuance of new audited Financial Statements. Considering this scenario, Suppliers are notified of the following:
- The validity date of the Rev. 3.0 ICV Certificate is calculated as 14 months from the date of issuance of the Audited Financial Statements. If the validity date, based on such calculation falls before 31st October 2020, the Certificate shall be deemed to be valid till 31st October 2020.
- For Rev.3.0 ICV certificates, Suppliers shall consider the ADNOC ICV certificates of sub-suppliers which were valid at the time of the actual purchase from the sub-suppliers (i.e., ICV Rev.2.0 or Rev.3.0 certificates Which were valid at the time of the actual purchase can be considered).However, please note that only Rev.3.0 certificates of Sub-suppliers shall be considered for all purchases made on or after June 7th,2020.
All other matters as per ICV Certification Guidelines unchanged.
