Good Conduct Certificate Mandatory for UAE work Visa
The rule will come into effect from February 4th 2018.
All non GCC (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and UAE) nationals who wish to reside in the UAE require a residency visa for employees, this process is dealt with through the company those employee them.
There is a change in procedure for UAE employment visa. If you are looking for jobs in UAE or changing a job within UAE it is required to get Good Conduct Certificate . The certificate should be issued by the country of origin of the person, or the country where he has been living for the past five years. It should then be ratified by the state’s mission, as well as the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation. For changing the Job within UAE we can get it from UAE itself.
Good Conduct Certificate is not applicable for Tourist Visa ,Visit visa and Dependent visas.
Change in procedures for UAE employment VISA
UAE residence Entry Visa for Indians stamping from UAE Embassy with Medical fitness certificate from GAMCA (Gulf Approved Medical Centers Association) only. Like all other GCC, for UAE resident visa also required the same.
According to the new rule it is mandatory to do pre-medical test for UAE resident (Employment) visa. That pre-medical test should be from GAMCA (Gulf approved medical center Association)
