According to the new Circular of Abu Dhabi Executive Council, all Abu Dhabi Government Departments are ordered to implement the Abu Dhabi Local Content Program (ADLC) as a feature of the Tendering procedure. The Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development (DED) has introduced the ADLC program and along these lines, an ADLC certificate should be acquired for each Company who intends to participate in the tenders with Abu Dhabi government/Semi government substances.
