DED Abu Dhabi Calls for Strict Adherence to COVID-19 Rules

The DED Abu Dhabi urges the employer and the employee to comply with the directives related to the preventive measures aiming to control the Coronavirus outbreak, and withstand to the guidelines of the National Emergency and Crisis and Disasters Management Authority and the Ministry of Health and Prevention, in particular, to commit to performing the test upon request. A fine of 5000 AED if there should be an occurrence of declining to lead the medical test upon demand, this fine will be multiplied in case of repeat, and offender will be transferred to the Emergency & Crisis prosecution when committing the third infraction.
