DED urges companies to amend articles of association

Abu Dhabi: Abu Dhabi's Department of Economic Development (DED) approached organizations to revise their articles of affiliation and local laws so as to consent to the Federal Companies Law No 2 of 2015. Organization's must change the articles by June 30. An organization's articles of affiliation stipulate the obligations of chiefs, alongside the terms and conditions for building up an organization. Government Companies Law No 2 of 2015 was issued in April of that year, to address certain lacks in the past rendition, which was instituted in 1984.
